We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Agent to join a recruitment team supporting hiring managers across various projects. You will help identify suitable candidates, build candidate pipelines, and support the recruitment process.
The team works in a dynamic environment where cooperation, knowledge sharing, and flexibility are important. Your daily communication will take place both within the team and with candidates and other stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
- Actively searching for candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, job portals)
- Contacting candidates and presenting job opportunities
- Pre-screening candidates based on defined criteria
- Cooperating with recruiters and hiring managers on candidate profiles
- Updating and managing candidate databases
Your profile
- Experience with candidate sourcing or an interest in recruitment
- Spoken English skills (the client is based in Ireland)
- Enjoy working with people and ability to establish contact with candidates
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
Details
- Type of cooperation: DPČ (Agreement on Working Activity)
- Location: Prague / remote within the Czech Republic
- Start date: ASAP (the client requires the team to start in August)
- Duration: 8 months, with a possibility of extension depending on project needs
- Compensation: 250–350 CZK/hour depending on experience
