We are currently looking for a Payroll Analyst with French and English to support payroll processes and redundancy-related activities within an international environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze employee data and calculate severance payments and compensation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll-related data across systems
- Collaborate with HR, payroll specialists, and external vendors
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and requests
- Support time and attendance processes and data management
- Train internal stakeholders (Time Managers) on systems and processes
- Perform regular data checks and reporting
- Participate in system implementations and process improvement projects
- Provide support to employees with complex payroll-related queries (e.g. sickness benefits)
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Finance, HR, or related field)
- 2–3 years of experience in payroll
- Knowledge of employment law and payroll processes
- Experience with HR/payroll systems (e.g. etemptation, Hypervision is a plus)
- Good command of MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and simple way
- Fluent in French and English (both required)
