Telecom Vendor Activity Coordinator
We are looking for a skilled Telecom Vendor Activity Coordinator to join our client’s team. This role is key for managing telecom vendor relationships, overseeing circuit delivery, and ensuring agreements are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom vendors
- Manage handover and testing of circuits; provide technical expertise on WAN networks (L2/L3, fiber, microwave, satellite)
- Oversee ordering of telecom services and equipment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Review and manage vendor contracts; ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Prepare reports on vendor performance and identify opportunities for improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years in telecom vendor management or similar role
- Experience with WAN connectivity, transport networks, and vendor agreements
- Strong analytical skills, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities
