We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented candidate to join a global healthcare company that develops and manufactures products supporting critical care, chronic conditions, and hospital-based therapies. The company has a long history, strong international presence, and focuses on improving patient outcomes through innovation, safety, and quality.
Requirements
- Education in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Natural Science, Medicine or a related scientific field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Graduation is not required — students are welcome.
- No prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry needed.
- Availability to work approximately 4 hours per day, 5 days a week (open to discussion).
Job Responsibilities
- Czech and English - B2 (written and spoken)
- Review documentation for product release (collecting CoAs, verifying data accuracy, signatures, packing lists, temperature records, etc.).
- Prepare documentation bundles for QP release.
- Ensure released products comply with all applicable country requirements.
- Handle product complaints: enter complaints into the database, cooperate with the Central Product Surveillance Team (EMEA), update TRW8 fields as needed.
- Support preparation for self-inspections and internal/external audits.
- Assist in recall processes and Field Actions when required.
- Maintain data in IT systems (e.g., JDE, TW).
Hourly Wage: 200CZK
