Our client, a leader in modern communication technologies, is looking for a new colleague.
✓ The position is full-time employment with a reduced workload of 32 hours/week, which you can arrange flexibly according to your school schedule.
What you will do:
- Provide technical support for selected company products via customer portal, phone, and email.
- Communicate directly with customers and partners worldwide.
- Collaborate within an international team and support a global customer base.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on both legacy and cutting-edge telecommunication platforms.
What we require:
- Active students or graduates of a Czech university in IT, telecommunications, electrical engineering, or related fields.
- Free access to the labor market, valid visa.
- Strong interest in IT, telecommunications, and modern cloud solutions.
- Basic experience with VoIP, SIP, and ability to analyze technical issues.
- Communicative and motivated colleagues eager to learn.
- Availability for 32 hours per week – schedule according to your possibilities.
Qualifications (a plus):
- Experience with legacy telecom technologies and signaling (SS7, ISUP, PRI).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Practical knowledge of Linux/UNIX.
- Knowledge of IP networking, basic routing, firewalls, and security aspects.
- Skills in telephony routing and translations.
- Experience with Session Border Controllers (SBC).
- Knowledge of Sonus carrier-grade products is a strong advantage.
