Our client, an international company operating in the healthcare sector, is looking for a motivated and technology-oriented Intern – Automation & Digital Solutions Support to join its team in Prague.
This is an excellent opportunity for a university student interested in automation, data analysis, digital transformation, and AI to gain hands-on experience and contribute to projects with a real business impact.
What will you do?
- Support the development of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Assist with creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Power BI and Excel.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and process improvement.
- Maintain and enhance operational trackers and digital tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical digital solutions.
- Support the testing, documentation, and implementation of automation initiatives.
- Explore and pilot AI and Generative AI use cases to improve operational efficiency.
- Create user guides, process documentation, and training materials for newly developed solutions.
What are we looking for?
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and an interest in data analysis.
- A basic understanding of automation concepts and digital tools.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently, organize priorities, and collaborate effectively with others.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate or Power Apps.
- Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Python, or VBA.
- An interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and process automation.
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, or other Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Previous experience with dashboard development, reporting, or university projects involving automation or digital transformation.

Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Working model: Hybrid (2–3 days per week in the office)
Working hours: 20 hours per week (DPČ)
Contract: 1 year, with the possibility of extension
Target start date: 1 December 2027
Hourly rate: CZK 250–400, depending on experience and education
