Our client, a leading global company in the healthcare industry, is looking for an experienced procurement professional to join their Procurement team.
The role involves managing complex sourcing projects, negotiating with suppliers, and working closely with international stakeholders across Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sourcing projects from RFI/RFP through supplier selection and implementation.
- Lead 3–4 sourcing projects in parallel at different stages.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and develop sourcing recommendations.
- Lead supplier negotiations and support contract drafting and execution.
- Manage supplier due diligence and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and support the wider category team.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in strategic sourcing and procurement.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end sourcing projects.
- Experience with RFI/RFP processes and supplier negotiations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
- Fluent English.
- SAP Aribasourcing experience is a must.
- Preferred: Experience in pharmaceuticals, supply chain, warehousing/logistics, or indirect procurement.
Location & Working Model
- Location: Prague
- Working model: Hybrid – 3 days/week in the office
- Travel: Approximately 20–25%, with increased travel during supplier selection and final negotiations.
