Our client, a leading global company in the healthcare industry, is looking for an experienced procurement professional to join their Global Procurement team.
In this role, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver value across indirect procurement categories. You'll work in an international environment, driving sourcing strategies, supplier performance, cost optimization, and risk management while partnering with business teams across multiple regions.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, including RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contracting, and implementation.
- Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous performance improvements.
- Support the development and execution of global category strategies.
- Analyze supplier markets, costs, and risks to identify business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders to deliver procurement solutions.
- Drive cost optimization, supplier innovation, and operational improvements.
- Work with procurement systems such as SAP and Ariba.
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
- Experience managing indirect procurement in a global or multinational environment.
- Strong sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, and contract management skills.
- Experience with procurement systems such as SAP and Ariba.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
