For our client, a multinational software company, we are currently hiring for the position of IT Support Engineer (L2).
Responsibilities
- Handling L2 IT support and escalated incidents
- Remote troubleshooting and problem diagnostics
- Working with Jira Service Desk and managing tickets
- Collaborating with other IT teams (Network, Engineering, etc.)
- Documenting solutions and creating knowledge base articles
- Participating in minor projects and process improvements
Requirements
- Experience as an IT Support / IT System Engineer (L2)
- Knowledge of Office 365 / Google Workspace / Okta
- Experience with Windows and macOS (support and deployment)
- Familiarity with end-user devices and MDM systems
- Good communication skills and advanced English
- Advantage: scripting skills (e.g., Python) and IT certifications

- Able to solve problems and prioritize effectively
