IT Support Engineer (L2) with possibility of remote work

For our client, a multinational software company, we are currently hiring for the position of IT Support Engineer (L2).

Responsibilities

  • Handling L2 IT support and escalated incidents
  • Remote troubleshooting and problem diagnostics
  • Working with Jira Service Desk and managing tickets
  • Collaborating with other IT teams (Network, Engineering, etc.)
  • Documenting solutions and creating knowledge base articles
  • Participating in minor projects and process improvements

Requirements

  • Experience as an IT Support / IT System Engineer (L2)
  • Knowledge of Office 365 / Google Workspace / Okta
  • Experience with Windows and macOS (support and deployment)
  • Familiarity with end-user devices and MDM systems
  • Good communication skills and advanced English
  • Advantage: scripting skills (e.g., Python) and IT certifications
