Part-time Communications Assistant

Our client is a global pharmaceutical company focused on women’s health, dedicated to improving health outcomes and making a positive impact in the communities they serve. They are seeking a proactive and creative part-time team member to support their Policy & Communications team in Prague.

The ideal start date is February 2026 (mid-February at the latest).


Key responsibilities

Social Media Support

  • Support the management of corporate social media channels, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Schedule and publish content aligned with brand and project objectives
  • Assist with the creation of written and visual content
  • Monitor post performance and support basic reporting

Administrative & Project Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Policy & Communications team
  • Assist with organization of internal and external events
  • Work with internal systems and documentation
  • Support internal and external communication projects as needed


What we are looking for

  • Interest in communications, public relations, public affairs, social media, journalism, or a related field
  • Excellent written and spoken English (Czech language is an advantage)
  • Basic to moderate understanding of social media platforms
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
