Our client is a global pharmaceutical company focused on women’s health, dedicated to improving health outcomes and making a positive impact in the communities they serve. They are seeking a proactive and creative part-time team member to support their Policy & Communications team in Prague.
The ideal start date is February 2026 (mid-February at the latest).
Key responsibilities
Social Media Support
- Support the management of corporate social media channels, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram
- Schedule and publish content aligned with brand and project objectives
- Assist with the creation of written and visual content
- Monitor post performance and support basic reporting
Administrative & Project Support
- Provide administrative support to the Policy & Communications team
- Assist with organization of internal and external events
- Work with internal systems and documentation
- Support internal and external communication projects as needed
What we are looking for
- Interest in communications, public relations, public affairs, social media, journalism, or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken English (Czech language is an advantage)
- Basic to moderate understanding of social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
