Our agency presents an opportunity for the role of Regional Fleet Manager EMEA on behalf of a leading global client in the pharmaceutical industry. The role is responsible for procurement and fleet operations across the EMEA region. It focuses on effective program design, implementation, and governance while managing stakeholders and supplier relationships. The position drives operational excellence, ensures process compliance, and supports continuous improvement, working closely with global procurement teams to align fleet strategy with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Geographical responsibility: EMEA countries (20+ countries)
- Financial responsibility: €60 million p.a. fleet spend coverage (fluctuating with company car fleet volume)
- Stakeholder exposure: Direct to country leadership teams (MD, HR, Payroll, C&B, Finance, GWES), fleet council members, drivers, vendors
- Indirect exposure to regional/global procurement, HR, C&B, Payroll, Finance leadership
Primary Activities
- Participate in program design and implementation of the End-To-End Governance model in EMEA
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of programs
- Manage internal and external stakeholders across responsible markets
- Set up, prepare, and minute Fleet Council meetings; follow up on agreed actions
- Oversee end-to-end PO process compliance and AP escalations
- Manage procurement and operations governance in relevant countries
- Support SD & PM teams and CAPA efforts as needed
- Identify and replicate productivity optimization opportunities across EMEA
- Other responsibilities related to End-to-End Fleet Governance Model design, implementation, and management
Education & Background
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Project Management, Finance, Economics preferred)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in Procurement/Operations and Project Management; Fleet category management experience is a plus
- Experience managing Fleet Leasing and/or Fleet Management Service providers is an advantage
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organization
- Interest in fleet market innovations, trends, and solutions
- Ability to challenge the status quo and implement continuous improvements
- Understanding of basic financials and market intelligence for key spend categories
- Ability to navigate effectively in a global matrix organization
