Procurement Clerk Junior (English or Greek) - no prior experience required

Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Type: Contractor / Part-time (suitable for students or juniors)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Until end of December 2025
Hourly Rate: 210 CZK/hour

We are looking for two new team members

  • 1x Greek-speaking Procurement Clerk
  • 1x English-speaking Procurement Clerk

This is an excellent opportunity for students, junior candidates, or anyone interested in gaining experience in procurement and administrative support within an international environment.

No prior procurement experience is required! We provide all necessary training.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, from purchase requests to purchase orders.
  • Provide support and advice to clients on various aspects of procurement via phone or email.
  • Update supplier data (e.g., address, name changes).
  • Assist with catalog and content enablement in ERP systems to connect end users to contracted suppliers.
  • Learn to work with PC tools and corporate applications (e.g., SAP, Coupa).


Requirements

  • Greek Speaker role: Fluent Greek and English
  • English Speaker role: Fluent English
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and systems.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work flexible hours until the end of December.
