We are seeking a dedicated Sourcing and Contracting Specialist who will support our Global Sourcing Management Group by managing the complete sourcing process. This includes supplier identification, RFx management, negotiations, and contract management using SAP Ariba.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand sourcing needs and strategies.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFx creation, supplier selection, and negotiation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, conduct due diligence, and ensure compliance with sourcing policies.
- Support category management teams with supplier evaluations and performance monitoring.
- Maintain accurate sourcing records and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and fluency in one of the following languages: Italian, Portuguese, Russian, or Turkish.
- Experience with SAP Ariba and ServiceNow is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Contract Details
- Employment Type: Agency Worker, 40 hours per week.
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract Duration: 1 year +
- Salary: CZK 50,000 - 57,000 gross monthly (depending on experience).
