- Attracting and managing a portfolio of Key Clients, including aesthetic medicine clinics, beauty salons, and pharmacies, with the aim of achieving predetermined sales targets
- Elevating the recognition and credibility of products and procedures within the dermocosmetics domain among the Key Clients
- Proficiently analyzing the present business landscape and proactively identifying emerging Client needs and growth opportunities
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams encompassing marketing, training, and logistics to guarantee the delivery of top-notch materials and tools tailored to the Clients' requirements
- Formulating and executing well-structured work plans while ensuring transparent activity reporting to the Business Director
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A good knowledge of the aesthetic medicine and dermocosmetics market
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the cultivation of strong relationships with industry professionals
- Proficiency in problem-solving and negotiation, facilitating effective interactions with Clients
- Strong organizational aptitude, underpinning the effective management of responsibilities
- A university degree
- Strong command of English (fluency in Polish or Spanish language is a plus)
- A valid driver's license for business-related travel
- Willingness to engage in periodic business trips to Poland, with a minimum frequency of once per quarter
- A competitive basic monthly salary up to 120,000 CZK, with an attractive sales commission structure
