Part-time admin. support with DE, P-4, 200-250CZK/hour

We are looking for a part-time worker for the position of an administrative assistant for the Pre-Sales and Marketing Team for our client, the international outsourcing company Accenture. Communicative German language is required.

This offer is suitable for students and graduates of universities with background in economics.

Job description:

- supporting the Pre-Sales and Marketing Team
- communicating with clients
- administrative tasks related to invoicing and requisitions
- working within the internal system
- ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

- level of German - C1 (communicative)
- level of English - B2 (communicative)
- basic knowledge of ServiceNow or CRM tools (advantage)
- basic knowledge of MS Office programs
- time flexibility 20 hours/week between 9-17:30 withing the working week
- organizational and communication skills, orientation to detail, problem-solving skills, client orientation
