We are looking for a part-time worker for the position of an administrative assistant of Procurement Operations Team for our client, the international outsourcing company Accenture. Communicative French or Italian language is required.

This offer is suitable for students and graduates of universities with background in economics.

Job description:

- supporting the Procurement Operations Team
- communicating with clients
- administrative tasks related to invoicing and requisitions
- working within the internal system
- managing supplier records
- ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

- experience with procurement (advantage)
- level of French or Italian - B2 (communicative)
- basic knowledge of SAP or Oracle (advantage)
- basic knowledge of MS Office programs
- time flexibility 20 hours/week (during the working week)
- organizational and communication skills, orientation to detail, problem-solving skills, client orientation
