Job description:

Day-to-day tasks will include handling HR questions via a ticketing system, email, chat and on the phone, by researching answers in our Knowledge Database. You will ensure the Database is up-to-date by collaborating with other HR teams. In addition, you will have opportunities to get involved in various cross-functional HR projects including process and technical innovations such as robotics, automation, machine learning and chatbots.
