Cloud Project Manager with English (HPP, 50.000,- CZK)

Overall responsibilities:

- Manage projects in accordance with contractual time, cost and quality requirements
- Work on advanced telecommunications system installations; 50+ seats, including but not limited to enterprise sites, multi-site deployments, hybrid solutions and contact center installations
- Work with customers to identify requirements, project planning, evaluation and overall customer support
- Responsible for scheduling and management of resources and delegation of tasks
- Provide, set and execute on a detailed onboarding plan with customers
- Keep all resources within Mitel updated on project status; identify risk and concerns, document outcome for future customer endeavors
- Update and maintain internal customer record data base with all the information on customer orders for onboarding coordination and billing purposes
- Working with clients to gather information and set up porting from their existing carriers, and develop secondary port solutions if and when required and are documented and tracked
- Conduct a post-deployment debriefing meeting with the customer to ensure the deployment has met all the customers expectation
- Ensure custom solutions are documented for the Mitel Customer Success Team and Support teams, and ready to accept accountability for the customer after successful implementation
- Follow project management guidelines and procedures to attain individual and team wide Net Promoter Score

Requirements:

- You are a great communicator and you have excellent verbal and written communication
- You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail – it means we are looking for responsible colleague who can keep the deadlines
- Must possess computer skills including spreadsheet knowledge, and word processing. Windows based software and Excel required. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project preferred
- Strives to exceed expectations and provide outstanding customer service (both internally and externally)
- Be passionate about the business, have a drive to succeed and maintain a good sense of humor in difficult situations
- Basic knowledge in Contact Center and Unified Communications
- Basic understanding of sub-netting and network segmenting in a VoIP environment
- Basic knowledge of routers, switches and other network components
- Passion for technology

Job description:

- Work with external payroll provider in the processing of payroll to include preparing data, correcting errors, running General Ledger audits, finalizing payrolls, etc. for employees in EMEA
- Help with building efficient processes and perform necessary balancing of payroll data each pay cycle
- Continuously review process to ensure proficiency, while demonstrating transformational thinking
- Research, interpret and continuously make certain payroll procedures are compliant with current regulations
- Verify system calculations to ensure alignment
- Assist in handling and overseeing the processing of employee garnishments and/or deductions ensuring all regulatory obligations are met
- Resolve employee payroll issues interfacing with all levels of the organization ensuring a strong focus on Customer Service and the employee experience
- Assist in performing payroll audits, tests and analyses through external provider IT SW, MS Excel and other analytical tools
- Establish partnership with Global payroll group to maintain employee and expatriate payroll files and tax documentation
- Be a strong contributing partner within the EMEA HR team, establish strong communications and partnerships with the EMEA HR Team, Finance, Treasury, Tax and others as needed
