For one of the most established pharmaceutical software companies we are currently looking for suitable candidates for the role of CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR with ENGLISH and FRENCH. Main focus is on back-office activities and internal communication. The detail orientation and precision is needed to perform effectively this activities.

Juniors or graduates are welcome! Within this role you will be using languages on daily basis.


- mi. High school graduate
- Experience of working in administration is an advantage
- Very good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to rigidly adhere on specific processes
- Punctuality, prioritization, organizational skills
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook to an advanced level
- Language skills: fluent English and French

Job description:

- Order entry in database (checking of the provided data from customer and prices in the system versus original request) and Archivation of processed orders
- Invoicing activities – credit and debit requests, service invoices
- Daily written communication with CS and Distribution teams in English
- Support on search of documents - Certificate of Analysis
- Support CS teams on additional tasks related to daily CS operations
