For one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the role of Assistant of Oncology Business Unit.
As an Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring, executing and coordinating sales and marketing activities, day-to-day administrative stuff, external/internal communication, organizing internal meetings and general bookkeeping assistance.

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and archive business related documents, PO, contracts, briefing papers, reports, presentations, closing form after activities, sampling documentation and documentation of consent for processing of personal data
- Plan and coordinate internal events schedule upon request
- Communicate and cooperate with cluster/international colleagues
- Assist with any additional duties, responsibilities or special projects as requested by the manager
- Support for team of 6 people in day-to-day responsibilities and duties
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma
- Czech and English fluent
- 1 year working experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Reliable, communicative, precise, kind, extroverted person
