For the global market leader in business communications, we are currently looking for suitable candidates for the role of Communication and Partner Interaction Specialist.

This role was created to accelerate the partnership between the partners.

Job Description:

- The Partner Interaction Specialist is the primary point of contact for the business partners to ensure day to day operational needs are met including educating the Partner on processes
- You will be contributing to any process improvements by providing your data inputs, statistics and reports
- Manage good partner relationship
- Take ownership of the Partner inquiries from an operational perspective
- Maintain understanding of partner business challenges
- Use and understand required systems & tools
- You will Monitor program effectiveness by collecting formal & informal feedback from Partners
- Effectively represent the voice of the Partner internally
- Proactively anticipate needs and potential problems that could occur
- Identify root cause of the problem, establish and where needed implement a solution
- Identify ways to mitigate future occurrence and communicate with Partner on problem resolution

Profile requirements:

- Communicative person who is happy to work in multicultural environment
- An excellent communicator who can visualize experience from a partner’s perspective and demonstrate effective listening skills
- Fluent in English, any other languages (German/Spanish/Italian) nice to have
- Understanding the Service Delivery
- Ability to work as a part of a team and to be a team player
- Willingness and ability to learn, ambition to succeed and develop
- Customer first attitude
- You are able to deliver highly accurate work with good attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of problems
- Calm and objective attitude under pressure
- Flexible and proactive approach
