Stringent reference questions are used to verify the applicant's work history, job performance, reliability, ability to meet deadlines, and capacity to learn. A candidate’s direct knowledge relating to the position for which they have applied is also probed.
All applicants are tested to determine proficiency in their respective skills category, foreign language capability, etc. Based on results of the interview, testing and reference checking an assessment is made to determine the suitability of the applicant to the position for which they have applied or for any other potential positions. This helps ensure that the job related objectives of clients and candidates are satisfied as efficiently as possible, that we have the "right match" for the candidate and the client.
